The first hi-fi listening bar in Piedmont branded Jazz:Re:Found. At Ottimo you will find vinyl and discographies of jazz, brazilian, eclectic and international grooves, played mainly in LP formats and albums in their entirety. A wide selection of tasty craft cocktails, a highly curated spirits list and delicious local wines from the Monferrato Unesco and Derthona districts. Ottimo also serves alternative food, inspired by the Mediterranean with informal tapas and tasty à la bouche dishes. A community project in fond memory of Alessandra.

Inside the Ottimo hub in Vercelli, whose catering and food services are managed by Happy Few Srl, the two hosted associations, Casanoego and Ale per Sempre, respectively take care of the projects dedicated to the cultural musical aspects and the social policies of the third sector. Casanoego, through the creative direction of Jazz:Re:Found, schedules a calendar of performing art events, which enhances and gives continuity to the ministerial activities included in the three-year FUS program.
