Jazz:Re:Found is a totally cashless event. The wristband on your wrist is used to access the gates and pay for all food, drink and experience services. Look for the top-up points and credit the bracelet with the amount of money you want. You will then pay at the cash desks and the cost of the product will be deducted each time. Download the official Jazz:Re:Found app to recharge your wristband yourself by connecting your credit card. Activation of the service and the bracelet cost a one-time fee of EUR 2 and will be charged automatically on the first top-up.

Return of any remaining credit

At the end of the festival, it will be possible to ask for a refund of any remaining credit on the bracelet through a form that will be activated, for tax purposes, from 11 to 15 September both on the app and on the website https://jazzrefound.it/rimborsi. The transfer will cost 1 euro and will be made to the bank account indicated in the form during registration. The processing time can take up to 25 days.

Sustainable beaker with deposit

To reduce the volume and impact of waste Jazz:Re:Found uses Eco - personal and reusable glasses. With the purchase of the first drink a deposit of 1 euro will be charged, which will be directly returned on the wristband when the glass is returned.
